Gerald Schwartzbach in People v. Richard Bandler, a four month homicide trial resulting in Mr. Bandler’s acquittal. With Mr. Charles Gary represented Mr. Bill Bonnano in federal mail fraud appeal, US v. Bonnano, and Mr. Joseph Bonnano Sr. in a criminal contempt proceeding for his refusal to testify in US v. Salerno, (SDNY 1986). |

Represented the lead defendant charged with an alleged DDOS attack on PayPal following the company’s refusal to allow donations to flow to Wikileaks founder Julian Assange. The case was eventually dismissed against Mr. Collins

People v. Luera
|
Represented a young man charged with vehicular homicide in a racially charged jury trial in Shasta County, Ca. Mr. Luera was acquitted of all charges.

People v. Mendoza

Successfully represented a 14 year old charged with first degree murder as an adult.

Represented two people charged with illegal importation of counterfeit luxury goods from China.

United States v. Roscoe
|
Roscoe Represented the founder of Quickstop and Cigarettes Cheaper! In an alleged $10 million bank fraud. The case resolved for a sentence of home detention following jury selection.

People v. Valencia
|
Represented an individual charged with first degree murder and attempted murder with gang enhancements. Mr. Valencia was eventually released following extensive litigation.
